Post wedding bliss!
OK!
So. We are back from our honeymoon in Hawaii - 5 nights on Oahu and 7 nights on Maui, and it was awesome.
I am in the process of getting pictures from the wedding transferred on to disc so I can finally post some, but the honeymoon ones may come first.
STAY TUNED!
In other news....a big warm CONGRATS to my old friend Megan and her husband Steve who are due to have their first child in April 07! YAY! Baby #1 from the old crew - very exciting!
Cheers!

24 days!
24 days!
I can't believe its so close.
I finalized my time off - got the week before the wedding off and of course our two weeks for the honeymoon in Hawaii too.
I am SO excited.
Things to do the week of the wedding...
My fabulous bachelorette party is going to be in Vancouver on August 19th - Good times!
I have a hair appointment consult with Ginger Group on Thursday the 24th at 2 pm (hair and makeup)
Rehearsal at the Church is at 5 pm on the Thursday also, dinner to follow!
Friday - the day before the BIG day - I plan on booking myself into the spa at the Grand to take advantage of the spa gift certificate that Carmel got me and to also get a manicure and a pedicure. Niiiiiiiiiiiiice.
Sooooooooo excited!
I also plan on spending the better part of the week evening out my tan, spending time with Vicky, and organizing last minute details.
I hope James can get a few days off too!
His stag is on August 12. I think I may need to make myself scarce!!

Shower Number Two!!!
The Dawner threw me another shower last night and it was AWESOME! In attendance were mostly friends of the family that I have known for years - Penny Parker, Jane Elworthy, Marnie McKay, Dorothy Day, Janice Porter, Sue Greenwood; My mom and a few of my mom's work collegues - Pat and Maureen; Jennifer (James' mom) and her friend Liz, and of course Dawn.
It was great - good food, great gifts, a beautiful hat made of paper plates and bows.
I hope the pictures from this one are more flattering than the last time!!
Thanks Dawn!!
